Our Team

David Tourle

David founded Chime Global Benefits to give multinationals a fresh alternative - a firm that brings independence, integrity, quality and true partnership to help them solve important and complex problems.

 

David's career within benefits has been wide ranging, encompassing senior roles with People teams and with major consultancies. He has managed benefits in over 95 countries, and lived through first-hand many of the challenges facing Chime's clients, including explosive growth, strategic realignment, acquisitions and divestitures, cost containment, pre-and-post IPO stages. 

 

David is based in London, and regularly visits mainland Europe, North America and Asia.

Adriel Hepburn

Adriel brings to Chime’s clients a knowledge of benefits implementation and valuation. He has an actuarial background and previously worked for a multinational consultancy firm as a part of their international regulatory team.

 

His prior experience also includes working as HR project manager for a Caribbean national insurance board. Adriel is based in London.

Ella Harbord

Ella has over 10 years’ experience in the Employee Benefits industry and has previously worked with both large and boutique global consulting firms prior to joining Chime.

 

She has experience across all aspects of global benefits management and has worked closely with multinational clients to deliver strategic change.

 

Ella is based in Milton Keynes.

Rajat Sood

Rajat has lived in the shoes of many of our clients - being in-house in the People Team of a number of scaling technology companies, supporting benefits, payroll and employee query management.

​

He has lead a diverse range of projects, including implementing flexible benefits for 4,000 employees.

 

Rajat is based in London.

Matt Mok

Matt joins Chime with over a decade of experience in the Employee Benefits industry across the UK and Hong Kong.

 

Having worked with service providers, an IPMI insurer, and in both Hong Kong and UK employee benefits broking, he brings a broad perspective and expertise to the team. Matt’s diverse background enables him to deliver well-rounded broking solutions to Chime’s clients.

 

Matt is based in London.

Oliver Laurie

Oliver brings a rare combination of expertise across both delivery and client-side roles. He has supported multinational organisations across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, helping them implement impactful wellbeing and benefit programs.

 

Prior to his career with Chime, he specialised in the end-to-end delivery of benefits technology, collaborating closely with HR, Reward, Finance and IT stakeholders to implement complaint, scalable solutions that drive employee engagement and adoption. .

 

Oliver is based in London.
